⚠ Note: Some areas (e.g. Sutton, Croydon) are far from central London. If you're also filtering by commute time from a central station, fewer results will appear because the areas don't overlap.

London is divided into 6 travel zones. Zone 1 = central London. Zone 6 = outer London. The further out the zone, the cheaper the rent — but the more your monthly travelcard costs. Average Zone 2 rent: £2,650/mo. Average Zone 4 rent: £2,100/mo.
